2. Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that:

- You are not prohibited from purchasing goods in your jurisdiction.
3. Products
- All items sold on this Website are made on demand. Production begins shortly after an order is placed.
- We make every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and details accurately, but variations may occur due to screen differences, material availability, or handcrafted processes.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
4. Ordering & Payment
- When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
- Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
- We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.
- Prices may change at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected.
- In the event of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust the order after notifying you.
5. Order Cancellations
Because items are produced on demand, cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of placing the order.
After this period, we cannot cancel or modify your order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are dispatched within 5 business days of being placed.
- All shipments include tracking; you will receive a tracking code when your order ships.
- If your order has not arrived within 28 days of being placed, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- We monitor shipments where possible, but we cannot physically verify whether the package has been delivered into your hands.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs, or events outside our control.
7. Returns, Refunds & Defective Items
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in cases where:
- The item is defective
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was received
To request a replacement or refund for a defective/damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographic evidence
We will review your claim and offer a suitable resolution.

Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 5 business days of being placed. Because our products are made on demand, processing times may vary slightly during peak periods, but we always aim to ship as quickly as possible.
Shipping & Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking codes, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.
We do our best to monitor shipments, but please note that we cannot physically confirm whether the package has been delivered into your hands.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 28 days of the date you placed it, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the carrier.

Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Products
All items in our store are made on demand, meaning they are produced specifically for each customer once an order is placed. Because of the customized and production-on-demand nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason other than a defective or damaged item.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
After reviewing your claim, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Order Cancellations
Because items begin production shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that time, we cannot cancel or modify the order.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure all order details (sizes, colors, personalization, shipping address) are correct before completing your purchase. We cannot issue refunds for customer-input errors once production has started.
